Faite Maison

This is my first post. I am very excited!

I am opening this blog to keep a record of the things I made and share with you my culinary experience.

I just made some Crêpes flambées façon Suzette for tea today. It was very fun but a tad complicated. Love how the flames were set. Even when I was a kid, I always loved watching people do this with their Baked Alaska dessert at Jimmy's Kitchen.
